- Some people can get into recovery without formal treatment. If you need help but are functioning at a level that you are largely managing your daily responsibilities and have a supportive home environment, you may be able to get the care you need in a private therapy setting. The first session is a thorough assessment to glean the information needed to formulate an individualized plan, combining therapy, coaching and other support services to get you on the road to recovery.
- If you are in recovery and need help achieving longer-term recovery, we can design an individualized support program specific to where you are on your journey. Most programs are a combination of therapy services (individual, family and/or group) and coaching sessions. Your plan will be based on your specific needs. This is a program that many people use as support after completing a formal addiction treatment program.
